is it possible to get my milk back?

i stopped bf zoe 7 weeks ago, if i squeeze my nipples i still get milk..although its a little thicker, like colostrum...any way i was wondering if i started to express it with a pump, would it eventually start flowing again...could it be possible that i'd be able to get enough milk to actually feed zoe bottles of it...if it was would it be safe?......is it possible or should i just face reality that it really is over

she doesnt seem interested in breast at all...is this to be expected or has she made her mind up
