Calling all Sri Lankan chefs!!

I've been buying Sri Lankan food from a local shop and I am just addicted! I am obsessed with beef pan rolls, beef godambahs (spelling is probably VERY wrong) and also these lentil paddy things (deep fried lentis and chickpeas I think). Does anyone have any recipes? I want to have a go at cooking it myself!!
