Hi mum23girls,
I'm still currently battling PND but I'm 200% better than I used to be.I went into my naturopath and they put me onto some natural remedies, I definitely encourage that!
Also alot of talking, and I mean really talking about your feelings.I talked to a counsellor for a while and now DH is my counsellor!I tell him exactly how I feel or have felt that day and we have been working through it.
:hugs:Good luck mate, bubhub's always a great place for talking;)

Thanks Nara!
I am battling with medications making me so ill......I have tried Zoloft and cipramil so far..... It is really annoying because I have to wait up to a week before I can start on a new one, and I hate being sick!!!
I don't mind taking medication because I know how much better I feel with it, but am curious to know of any other ways to go.....

I did!!
Im still struggling with a few issues, but i just tried to think positive and move on... it takes alot of time but i try and find something positive about each day and try to be a great person. I have no money to my name but i am happy because i know i have a good heart.
I did have some counselling with Lifeline who were awesome. They have a free counselling service and i cant recommend them highly enough. I went for 6 months after a traumatic birth and marriage break up and it was very beneficial for me. Im not to proud to ask for help!!

i did but it took along time....go for long walks good for your body and your mind, eat well....it really helps, try and laugh at things when they go wrong, or when you get stressed, talk talk talk:D
This helped me alot.
Buy a notebook and each morning write down 5 positive things that happened the previous day. It doesn't have to be big things, even 'had a great cup of coffee' or 'saw a buttrerfly' anything that was positive as opposed to negative. It's a great start to the day!

 Great advice Juna!
I'm seeing a new psychologist who has me doing homework... Two of the tasks are going for a 20min walk every day, and to do at least 5 things each day that I enjoy - even if it's as small as having a shower on my own or having a cuppa.

I was prescribed meds - but never took them as i figured out my worst time is with PMS...
I find writing helps me the most, as i can let it out of my head instead of letting it build up.
When im at my worst, a shower works the best. or a walk... but shower mostly.

What a great thread!!
Im having issues with anger at the moment.. But the suggestions here, I'm going to try doing some!
I can be in a warm/hot shower for 5 mins and feel better, so I know that that one deffinately works
