What are you classing as an additive?

Is SR flour out? Bicarb soda?

I'm sure you'll get more responses if you can clarify a bit more for us.

Sorry, I should have been a little more clear.

I clasify an Additive as any kind of preservative, colours, flavour enhancers, synthetic antioxidents etc.

Hope you can help me.

You can go to fedupwithadditives, cannot remember the web address but it as heaps of info about the **** that is in out food. It was a very big eye opener, making stuff yourself is good as you know exactly what goes in it.
I think there are recipes on there to.

Have you checked out the site lowtonoadditives.com My son has severe allergies to many additives and it is very helpful. They have a recipe book.

Look up "failsafe" diet.

I've got her book around here somewhere and it's great.

Yummy chicken nugget recipe but that would probably not be very appropriate for morning tea
