IM about to SCREAM

im beginning to wonder if im ever going to feel well again...

Im 100% certain ive been sick for 3 weeks straight... GRRR

First it was gastro, then it was a cold (which until sunday I thought I had kicked it) but yesterday morning I wake up with a horrible throat and yup you GUESSED IT im sick with another COLD!! and Throat

Me too, i feel yuk i have a sore throat and it's been lurking for a week now and ds is getting it too,no wonder people are getting sick its this hot and cold weather :no:

Thats no good you poor thing...:hugs:
Do you take any vitamins???

They can help to actually kill the cold itself where as cold and flu tablets just mask the symptons, and they boost your immune system to try and prevent any more sickness....

Try either Garlic, C and Horseradish (thats in one tab) or Echinacea!!!

They can take a little while to work but they do kill off the virus aswell as help your immune system!

More hugs to you :hugs: as i know how much it sucks being a sick mumma, especially for 3 weeks!!!

Ems mum hope you feel better soon, i have had a cold at 6 weeks pg, the flu at 8 weeks and now at nine weeks conjunctivits...im starting to think im going to catch everything this pregnancy.

I got 4 viruses in 5 weeks earlier this year (during my 1st trimester). I thought I was never going to stop getting sick. Then suddenly, I went for a few days without illness, then a week, then a few weeks! It was over! Yeah! We do have these bad runs with illness sometimes, but there is usually an end to it! Hopefully you're now past them!

Arragh that sucks Mandy but I'm glad to hear your feeling better now. It's hard when your a mum & get sick because you still have to run around after your little one at the same time. Hope it stays away from you for a while :fingerscrossed:

Along with these, try Vitamin E as it is great for healing and perhaps an Iron tablet also...

I know how **** it is to look after a baby when you are sick... But if you keep your vitamin intake up- you should stay pretty healthy!

Just thought I'd come and join this pity parade as I need to vent....

I am so over the :barf: :barf:

My DS3 got it 10 or so days ago, and it has since worked its way through everyone in my family, except DH who has gone away for business for a few days)....but just when it leaves one of them, it goes to another, then leaves that one and goes back to the other one.....it is like it is being passed back and forth....I've been disinfecting left right and centre, I just dont know what to do!

My DS1 had me up till 3.30am puking and I was hoping to finally get him off to school today....

I feel too vile to get all 5 of us to the drs, but then he'd only state the bleedin obvious to me if I went.......

phew.....rant off my chest......sorry you had to endure that but I feel much better now :laughing:
