Smoothies and Shakes

Since we are in the warmer weather I thought it would be nice to get a few different smoothie and shake recipes! Go your hardest girls!

im not very creative with smoothies so all i do is blueberries strawberries and raspberries and ice cream and milk. hahahahah so original

lots of ice, orange juice, strawberry yoghurt, 1/3 banana and strawberries.

I do the usual, banana, vanilla yogurt, honey and milk..

But one with a lil somethin spesh for the girls on the weekend... Frozen berries (just get a pack from Wollies) cranberry juice and a shot of vodka :D
