Eye teeth

Are these the worst, most painful one's for the baby to get? My baby, who is 6 months is refusing her bottle - we can only get her to take 2 bottles, one morning and one night bottle, apart from that she will drink out of a sippy cup. DH reckons he can clearly see an eye tooth waiting in the gums. She has her 2 bottom middle teeth. Would sucking a bottle hurt?

My daughter is nearly two and STILL trying to get the darn things out of her gums. I reckon they have got to be really sore as she made such a little fuss over all others but these four teeth just seem to be giving her hell.

This is going to sound so stupid but which ones are the eye teeth :confused:

DS (15 months) has 12 teeth already and has gone through the whole teething thing(grizzly, red cheeks basically miserable the whole time) but since monday his been terrible, he was sent home with high temps from daycare on weds.and yesterday had really horrible runny poos and woke up several times during the night. It could be a bug but I think its only teething as he has the red cheeks etc but his never been this bad with it before......poor little bubba :(

The eye teeth are the sharpish ones either side of the four in the front.
Yep I think they must be painful. Ds was a pretty good teether, but with those ones we used plenty of panadol!

I heard that there just as painfull for them as they are for us & if thats so it must be hell for the poor little things. When i got my wisdoms it hurt like crazy. :(

Thanks becky, DS hasnt got those ones yet so maybe thats why his having such a hard time now......his never been this bad before with teething.

I agree about the wisdom tooth thing I endured so much pain when preggie coz they were coming through :eek:

My dd is now pushing through another molar .... and still missing her top FANGS this is going to go on forever.

I would have thought judging by the fact that they are pointier than the others shouldn't they be the quickest and easiest to push through??? Or does logic not work that easily???
