How quick do chicken pox spots appear?

Hi my grils have a few spots on their legs maybe 3 or 4 bit of a runny nose but fine otherwise could they be cp and how long do they take to appear fully once u see a few? Is it a couple of hrs or a day or so?

Anyones help would be appreciated. Thanks

Usually takes 7-10 days for blisters to appear and they usually start behind ears first.

Once the first one appears usually it's less than 24 hours before you have a noticable 'crop' although new ones can still appear for the following few days.

Mild cases though might only have a handfull of blisters so it can be harder to tell for sure.

When my ds had a mild case of chicken pox the gp told me that within a couple of hours there will be more spots (this is how i could tell they were chicken pox) & they usually start on the back or chest (torso).

thanks for your help everyone, its been hrs and no more spots have appeared so I think it maybe mozzie bites but Im going to get their cp vacs to help it not be as bad if they do get them.
