Buying for baby

Well thought we could chatter about what we want/have bought for the bubby/bubbies......;)

For me I sold/gave away all our baby things before moving interstate (we had said we were not having anymore:laughing: ) sooooo I am actually excited about buying it all over again and atleast i know what i was/wasn't happy with. Dh said we wont worry about too much ....:rolleyes: yeh right!
I haven't bought anything as of yet (well i am venturing past pumpkin patch tomorrow;) !)

Wont be buying anything till I hit the 12 week mark, but I do have my eye on this little black beanie that has in big silver letters across the front - ELVIS

I'm also holding off until the 12 week mark. Last time I bought little unisex outfits, then I miscarried. I was devasted. Now there sitting in a box in my roof until I know it's safe to come down,lol

I really don't need to get alot. I have most of everything from the other 2. I only have to get a pram, changetable and later on, a highchair. Will be 12 weeks at chrissy, so hopefully I will be able to get all the after chrissy bargains!

With both our boys we waited till around the 12 wk mark. This time I don't need much at all, except maybe hopefully GIRL clothes :fingerscrossed:

Although I was naughty the other day and brought a wrap from pumpkin patch, they were on special and they are excellent, so I thought why not, I just tell myself its for DS2 :p

Well i went a little crazy when we first started TTC, so we have almost everything :o
Just not a pram (which mum is buying us anyway) and i need more clothes and practical stuff, but yep i already went and bought all the bigger things (cot, change table, carseat etc)

Im trying to hold off at least until my first scan until i buy anything else. Then i will go crazy i think

We pretty much have everything! Will need some clothes, and once it is born wil need to get DD a big girls bed!

I have been a bit naughty and bought some pumpkin patch clothes off e-bay, but thats it so far!

Oh actually i lied, i have also bought a little lamb teddy, and a cot mobile (I like to get a new one for every baby, make it special!)

Like you mummajessy we pretty much have everything already. Xavier is in a bed now so the cot is free. I have a change table, rocking chair, furniature and pram etc.
I have bought a few girls clothes of ebay too!! I am really hoping for a girl so I hope I haven't jinxed it by buying girls clothes.
All I have to buy is new bed linen, I want to get a nice quilt set.
Another car seat which has to be the same as Xavier's according to DH. It has to match so it doesn't make the car look ugly lol!!
Nappies, some new clothes which I'll probably get heaps of at my baby shower anyway. Some new bottles and teats etc incase I have to bottle feed again. NIPPLE SHEILDS must get some more!!!!!!!!!!!!
But anyhoo nothing major.
OH yeah a new highchair a good one that you can recline and remove the trays for easy cleaning. Maybe one of those fisherprice portable ones, great for trips away. Oh yeah and a cot mobile and night light, right I'm done!

Well I have one of each and I have all the rocking chairs, change table/bath, 1 stroller, 1 pram, 1 twin pram, and cot mobiles etc etc etc blah blah blah..

I actually have been buying new washers, new singlets, bibs and just little things until we know what sex. I will then buy a couple of new outfits if I have a boy as they will be born same season and I can get lots of use out of DS' clothes. If it is a girl while somethings I would be able to use they will be born in totally different seasons so I will have summer clothes for newborn in middle of winter. So I will be buying more for a girl.

I am going to make one purchase and that is a portable highchair that I can put on any seat. We go to concerts and I actually thought the other night at my nieces concert, that if I put DS in one he could sit and play instead of fiddling.

I am sure I will be back with more things I purchase down the line LOL. Although last time my SIL and my mum got some beautiful outfits for ds, SIL got a washing basket and filled it with stacks of clothes..

the only thing we have is a High Chair, we have been looking for cheap baby stuff, so I can then spend a crazy amount of money on other things. The high chair usually retails for $299 and we got it for $70. :idea: and the lady thought we, my husband and I were so nice that she gave us a free bath and stand.

So that's all we have, everything else is just so expensive (well the things i like are) the cot I like is $1400.00:confused:

I have a few bits of clothes but thats about it. Jason said i can go shopping on Thursday and we have strated putting things in our shopping each week like bottles and formula and stuff like that bath washers etc.

We have pretty much everything...we recently got reid of the highchair coz DS got table n chairs so I may pick up a highchair at the after christmas sales.

Hopefully the only other thing I'll need is GIRL CLOTHES!!!!

Oh and I need to repaint DS's room coz he's moving into the big boy room in the big bed!!

Yeah girls clothes are so cute and there is more of a range then boys clothes.
