Negative Blood But Still Pregnant?

Hey there guys! hubby and I are TTC since July 06,my periods are always on time,never late and i always know when i ovulate as i feel my ovulation pains each month. My last period was OCT 9th and i havent had them this month.So as of today i am 13 days late. have had a sore lower back,slight cramps in my lower tummy on the left side,nausea,metal mouth and increased cervical discharge*(graphic sorry lol) but had a bloodtest on the 20th and it was negative,but i still feel different,with all the same symptoms.

Is there a possibilty the blood test was wrong and i could still be pregnant? Has this ever happened to anyone here?

I'd really appreciate some advice

I just dont know what to think about this. Ive never missed a period before in my life so it bugs me that my body decides to do this to me now that we are actively TTC.so annoying

I am considering maybe requesting an ultra-sound to give me some piece of mind at least.

Sorry, I haven't been in your situation before. Maybe wait a week or so and request another blood test? Or an ultrasound? Sorry I haven't got much good advice for you. Hope you get some answers soon.

Ive had this before & my doctor advised it was more than likely i didnt ovulate properly so thats why i skipped my period. Whether this is right i dont know.
But it is possible yes to be pg even with a neg blood test. I would wait a few more days & if you still have no sign of AF ask for another blood test otherwise opting for an u/s if you want.

thanks for the replies guys i guess i just have to wait it out and see what happens,its hard seeing hubby get so excited tho,he was so convinced i would be pregnant.

Wait another week and go again. With my first pregnancy I had a blood test that was negative then kept doing home tests for 4mths - all negative. Yep finally found out that I was 16wks pregnant after I finally went for another blood test. Just keep doing blood tests until you either get a positive or AF returns. Nope I had a negative blood test with both my pregnancies and yet here I am pg! Good luck and I hope you find out soon if you are pg or not! It's a horrible waiting game isn't it;)

I really hope i am Pg too! It makes it difficult because i work and im trying not to do any heavy lifting or anything just in case but it makes me feel silly if im not PG lol and also i work with my mother in law and she doesnt know were TTC so i have to be careful who i talk to.

I HATE the waiting game,wouldnt it be great if you could just find out straight away when your pregnant?!

It could possibly wrong as they have a set hcg level on the blood test. If your hormone hasnt gone past that level they dont consider you pg. It might be worth doing a HPT or another blood test to see if it has changed. Good luck!! :fingerscrossed:

yeh i just really feel something is not normal,obviously since im never late,and the lower back pain and nausea and all that,and i was pretty shocked when the doc said Neg.

Im gunna wait it out for a week and then if my periods still havent come im going to ask for an ultra-sound to know once and for all
