Well, this morning I decided, no more tin stuff! I will be cooking up fresh food for DD. Thankfully she is somewhat use to MOST foods as we offer her but never really has taken to them, But i realized, sooner I get her to eat it, less chance of huge tantrums and things in the long run. (:fingerscrossed: or atleast I hope so)

While googling, I found this site. It has awesome recipes (i think, i havent tried them yet). Meat for baby recipes. (http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com/MeatRecipes.htm)

Does anyone else have some excellent recipes they know of? Feel free to share :D

I always cooked bellas food and now sav has just started on simple apple purree (how exciting! :D)

No point typing up the recipes as most of its basic stuff that everyone would know anyway but if theres something u dont have let me know and I'll type it up.

Bella used to really like mashed vegies with couscous though at that age.

She also liked french toast.

Vegetable macoroni cheese... obv just make up your mac and cheese and add vegies...

Tuna casserole, basically same sauce as the mac and cheese depending on how u make it and with tuna, can be served with pasta or rice and add whatever vegies you'd like

pastryless quiche is a fav of all the kids

vegetable pancakes with some white sauce

chicken risotto

fruit cake / banana cake / banana bran muffins

apple sago is still a huge success

rice pudding the whole family loves as is semolina pudding

This site has been my svaiour...

www.heinzforbaby.com.au (http://www.heinzforbaby.com.au)

Yes, it's run by heinz..but....there is a recipes section that is devided into age groups.
The recipes call for things like "a cup of heinz (insert formula name here)." I just use milk...
