Breast Feeding and Bad Morning Sickness

All i am eating at the moment is dry toast and salada and anything else is just making me sick ............. but even dry food isn't much help.......... I feel so down and on top of that I have a 7 month (breast feeding) and a 3 and Half yr old constantly needing my attention ........... plus I am so sensetive to smells .............. I can't even go in the kitchen and my poor kids need food................. I am around the 8wks into pregnancy atm


Please need help ............. I have no idea wat to eat and any drink just makes me sick ..................

Do you think you could try drinking a shake of some type or perhaps even an up and go? That way they are quick but very nutritional also;)

Go and see your Dr as there are things they can give you to help, I'm not sure about taking them while BF but they can tell you that.
