Does anyone have some yummy summery Mango recipes, I always buy mangos (Hayley and I love them) but they are getting a bit boring just on their own. Thanks.

put some mango in plain yogurt and freeze for a nice dessert treat!

Use it in almost any recipe that has fruit in it, just substitue the fruit in the recipe for mangoes!!!

YUM frozen mangos can't egt enough of them. You could always mix them in to a fruit salad that whay you get all fruits. or you can just mix with a few others that you guys like.

Ooooh just thought of something my mum used to do. Easy rice pudding and mango ... When I say easy rice pudding, I mean it! She literally put a dollop of cream onto cooked rice and added chopped mangoes.
