Hello everyone. I am Eve, nana to a gorgeous 13 month old boy. I care for him Mondays and Tuesdays while my daughter is at work, at my daughter's home in Downer. I am wondering if there are any other grandparents in the area who are carers and whether perhaps we could get together on a weekly basis to share ideas, just chat, and allow our little ones to have some play. This could take place in a park or our homes etc. Please reply if you have any ideas. I am a Queenslander and my husband and I have come to the ACT to be closer to our daughter and her family. Therefore we don't have any friends, aparent from our family's friends, and I think this would be a good opportunity to make some. I look forward to hearing from you.
