I moved to the area 3 years ago from Canberra. I lost the home I was living in with my family in the fires of january 2003. I didn't feel like rebuilding my life there, so I got in my car and drove to QLD to start fresh. It's been the best move of my life, i'm now engaged and have my beautiful son.

I don't know that many people around here either, it's been hard to get out and about lately.

I also live in Oxenford with DH and DS, Thomas 8 1/2Months. I have lived on the Coast for 15 or so years now. I originally moved out here with my parents from London.

I'd love to catch up with you both for coffee. Have you girls been to the new Westfield at Helensvale yet? The facilities are great.
