My DH works away so its just me and my DS that need to eat dinner! I am easy and would be happy with toast for dinner and I really can't be bothered cooking up a storm for just me and my 4 year old! I have a 9 month old too but she has her dinner early and its puree!!
Does anyone have any suggestions for meals that are quick and easy to make or throw together that aren't quite 2 full size meals? I am really at a loss and not used to cooking for only 1.5...
I have been making normal size meals and freezing half to have on alternate nights but this is getting tiresome! Thanks
