Presents for your Partner....?

Hi everyone,
im really hoping i can hear from a variety of people on what u get your husband/partner for christmas?

i have no clue this year!
as everything he asks for is stuff like cars/motorbikes :rolleyes:
so i was hoping to see what everyone else bought this year or plans to buy for men?????

So far, I have bought my Dh a new watch. He has been eyeing it off for a few months now and thankfully the shop had a sale and I got it for less than half price :smiliedance:

my DH always wanted a monkey so I brought him a fur real munkey just for a laugh and i'm also getting him a surf board for xmas so he can get back into surfing

This year I have not a clue in the world what Im going to buy DP, but previous gifts have been 2 bracelets, watch, 5 rings, a pendant with our sons photo etched into it (fathers say, but a gift all the same)......

Ummm, I have also got him a carton of his fav grog, clothes, shoes, a holiday to Rainbow Beach (4 days 3 nights).....

ummmm, thinking thinking........model car, (as I couldnt afford the real one:laughing: ).......

This year, Im thinking of putting some money down for a boat (as he has wanted one for ages and he has his boat license so........)...but not sure yet.....

I'll be watching this site for ideas too....lol

ive been trying to find a cheap mp3 player for DD on ebay but i seen them in the kmart for under $30, which is better than i could find on the internet!

I bought DH the thank god you are here series dvd, the davinci code dvd and the glass house dvd...sounds very uneventful i know but it's what he wanted! Will keep checking up on this thread to see if there is anything else he might like

This year i got DH the rest of the Dukes of Hazzard series DVDs (5 & 6 he knows about, season 7 he doesn't), nice shirt, and maybe going to get some Cricket supporter gear...he loves his cricket.

For Christmas we usually buy a joint Chrissie present for DP and myself and its usually something we need around the house, this year we are buying a DVD Recorder...
But when I was stuck for good pressies for his birthday, I stumbled across FreemanXexperience :thumbsup: ...they do vouchers for heaps of things - a drive in a V8 Supercar (this is what I got DP for his birthday), Jet Boat rides, Parasailing, Bungy Jumps, Abseiling, Mens Day Spas, I could go on & on & on.... http://www.freemanx.com.au

My DH is getting some new thick work socks. You don't get much more exciting than that! That's the practical gift.
Some new shorts.
A pepper grinder - cause he said he'd really love one.... (probably not for xmas though - bad luck - good stocking filler) weird huh.
Maybe a massage voucher - always needed.
The blue tooth earpiece mentioned by someone else sounded like a good idea.
I can never go wrong with some dvd's.

I got Dh, a car cleaning kit, 2 cds - legends and australian legends, a sudoku electronic game, world series poker cd rom, deoderants, shirts, underwear and socks. Oh and a bottle of bourbon - basically lots of cheap items!

This year we are getting DP/Daddy a dog tag on a leather necklace with DD's fingerprint and initals in it and also a cast of my pregnant belly!! Something different lol
