I always just left my bubs once they started rolling over in their sleep...DD does it more than DS ever did. I figure as long as they have good head & neck control they should be able to turn their head to the side. Just make sure you don't leave anything in the cot that bub could get tangled in...DD has recently started turning upside down in her cot so she now has no blankets at all in there.

It doesn't hurt to roll them onto their backs when you go to bed, but I found that DD rolls back onto her tummy as soon as I take my hands off her.

Oh, forgot to mention, DD started sleeping on her tummy between 4-5mths old :)

Yeah I agree, both my kids turned into tummy sleepers at around 5 months old, with DD I stressed out heaps and was so worried and used to check on her when she was asleep, etc etc... but like cwsmum said, if bubba can lift her head up when she's on her tummy, then she's fine. :)

Yes, I am going through the obsessed stage...she rolled over last night...I turned her back over but within 10 minutes she was back on her belly...so everytime I woke or DH woke...we checked on her  and she is still here this morning...

Hi Tash. I agree with the others - she'll be fine!

Just be grateful that Chloe is happy on her tum - the usual problem is bubs rolling over who don't want to be there!

She may wake up sometimes a little frightened cos she doesn't remember that she rolled over, but as long as for the most part she is happy I wouldn't worry.

When DD first started rolling to sleep on her tummy I was sooo worried, but I am used to it now and know that she just finds it comfy.
