protein for dinner or lunch?

Just wondering if your're supposed ( if there is such a thing) to give bub their meat/protein at lunch or dinner time?

I ahve been alternating - but what do you guys do? Bub is near to 9 months old.

I give it at tea time coz that's when we have ours, no other reason. I don't thhink there is any rule. :D
