Hates the car

im having trouble with my 7 month old son while travelling in the car... any suggestions on what i can do to keep him amused :confused: ... he has toys to play with but he throws them and crys... HELP!!

Hi,

Maybe you can attach the toys to the carseat so there fixed and he cant throw them away, play a cd for him...ummm...talk to him while your driving, sing to him.

I dont have that trouble with Max so i dunno but maybe those ideas might help.

I used to find my ds was fine if someone else was there to talk to him. So whenever I had to do longer trips with no one else I would only leave when he was really tired and just slept the whole way. Not a very conveinient option though. He really loves the car now, and spends the whole time looking out the windows for trucks.

we had to mov Cobys car seat to the side (dont ask, had to fit something big in my lil car!) and that seems to work... he likes to be able to see out the window!
Problem solved! although i think it is a bit risky if a car hits my side he would probably get more hurt than if sitting in the middle... but peace and quiet in the car is good!
