What is a polite way to say “Not in a million years would I ever let you hold my baby”? I have a BBQ on Sunday and there are people who will be there who I don’t want to hold my 9 week old. Help!

Hi,
Is there any reason you don't want these people holding your baby?? I think you need to be really careful as you could easily offend or hurt someones feelings especially if they are family members. You can say that she is being a bit clingy today and starts screaming as soon as I give her to anyone and then it takes forever to calm her but that means you won't be able to let anyone else hold your baby. Good luch, try to enjoy the day.
