Sorry to winge...but oowwww!
I have a toothache, I know it needs to be pulled out but I just don't have time to wait around at the hospi to get it done (and can't really afford to pay for it, unless I borrow some money off my parents)

Anyone have any suggestions to help the pain? It really hurts :crying:

Maybe try Nurofen or Panadeine. Maybe you could try flossing because you might just have a piece of meat or something stuck between them. Nothing worse than having a toothache.

I have had some really bad toothaches and I actually found Panadol to be more soothing than Nurofen. I got so bad for awhile I was chucking Panadol just to be able to sleep at night.

For all the pain I had, when I eventually went to the dentist, I only needed a filling. So it could have been worse.

Go to the dentist and find out what you're facing. Then you can decide whether or not you can afford to do more work, and what you're options are...better to know than not to know! As one wise lady keeps saying...teeth don't grow back! :D

yep ... go with the clove oil - it really works and has no restriction on how often you can use it like drugs ...

Ooooh, don't procrastinate when it comes to wisdom teeth ...

I had all 4 going up and down and not really causing any pain so I ignored them. I went for a routine checkup and found out that they were impacted and infected and not only did I have to book into hospital to have them removed that week, but I had to have sections of my jaw removed as well as the infection had eaten away at my bones! I now have big dips at the back of my mouth that get food stuck in them ... I also came out of the op with 16 stitches in my mouth - not comfortable!
