Does anyone know what postion this means cephalic as that is what is in my notes and today bub is in the OP:confused: i have no idea what any of that means

Hi there....

Cephalic is head down... not necessarily engaged though....

OP means your bub is posterior... there back to your back...

my midi used to draw pictures in this section of the card so i knew exactly what it meant

Thanks for the thread sugar n spice. Was wondering the same myself. Doctors just assume you know what all they're little abbreviations mean! My bub was head down and is now breech!! Little buggar turned, hope she turns back :)
