ok so i got some material the lady said its very simular to microfleece, do i just cut it up and off i go/

Yep, I have mine at 30cm long and about 15cm wide.
Covers all leaks, measure the nappy and cut according to that.

I've only ever cut mine retangularly to fit down the middle of the nappy, but some ppl like to cut a contour shape. Next time I get some more material I'm going to try it and see how it goes.
