Sounds like you've plateaued. You need to shake up your routine to give your body a kick start, cos its gotten used to your routine.

Walk longer...walk harder...walk uphill...or do a completely different exercise - ie do an exercise video, go swimming.

Shake it up and the weight will start dropping off again :)

Congratulations! 5kgs is fantastic! :yelclap:

I agree with Noo, you need to change you're exercise because your body is getting used to it.

When I was at ur point and stopped losing it i started running for five minutes then walking for five and repeated that for half an hour, it kills you but it works

Yep i think the shake it up method is needed too. Push yourself harder, do the little jogs as Babylover said.

Also you could try swapping your food a little too..........

maybe
weetbix lowfat milk
fruit salad and youghurt

tuna salad

snacks- almonds, fruit, hummous carrot sticks etc

Just to shock your body, dont give it what it expects everyday.

Good luck, its hard but it can be done. Took me 20 months but i have lost 25kgs of pregnancy/baby weight.

I agree with the others. I read somewhere that when you hit a stop in your weight loss, you should eat more one day and the next day eat less and keep alternating it, and it suppost to shock your body back into the weight loss.

Congrats on the 5kg!!!! Well done!:yelclap: Have you got access to some weights so you can do a little weight training? I only started doing some weights approx 1mth ago and it made a HUGE difference.Apart from helping to tone and build up strength, my whole body shape has changed and it has started to help move those last few places round my tummy. I do the weights first, then follow it with 30-40min of cardio work. I was told by a trainer that the muscle burns up more energy than fat, so building the muscle will help to budge the rest. Hope this helps. Let us know how you are going? ;)
