Any falafel receipes??

I have become addicted to eating falafel wraps. Does anybody have a yummy and easy receipes for making falafel for the whole family to enjoy. Thankyou.

Hi there
a friend of mine discovered a very easy way to make and cheap too! a can of chick peas, blend up add a bit of plain flour, some garlic, cumin or whatever really - she makes all sorts with spring onions, curry powder, lemon pepper etc.
Then mould into small patties and oven bake till done usually 20-30 mins! then in wraps with salad and some mint yoghurt and yummo!!

ther is actuallky a recipe on the side of woolworths select brand chick pea cans too
