Hi Ladies,
I'm in Melb. (Frankston) and am nearly 33weeks pregnant with my 2nd Daughter, 1st Daughter is 5.5yrs.
My dilemma is that my boob size has gone from a 12C to a 16F (with a bit of room for when the milk comes in).
I've been searching whenever I go shopping for some comfortable tops and also some nighties/P.Js to where which button/zip down, or are designed for BFing.
For example, none of the Target maternity tops fit me around my chest, not even their size 18.
I've seen a few button down shirts in their plus size clothing area and may need to resort to there but they still don't have much of a selection.
I'd really like some cotton/interlock/streachy tops which are comfortable to sleep in too.
Do I need to find some of the smaller maternity shops or do any of you know somewhere where there is a secret stash of lovely BFing tops?
I'm going to try DFO (Moorabin) and Southland, but after that I'm lost!
Oh well, maybe some of you have ideas for me?
Angie. :o

Maybe try the Aust. Breastfeeding Assoc (ABA), their shop is in Malvern. I think you can check their catalogue online too.

If you look on the following page of the Bub Hub Directories:

http://www.bubhub.com.au/shopsfeeding.shtml

you'll see a whole heap of companies that design clothing specifically for breastfeeding. There are a few that sell 'singlet' style tops that you could easily wear at night.

Pea in a Pod has a factory outlet store on the corner of Johnston and Hoddle Streets Collingwood- I'd try there...

Thanks girls, my Sis is a counceller for the ABA, I might start by asking her about their shop.

I found United colours of Beneton shop at DFO had looser style materinty clothes at a resonable price (12E chest) or recently found that the glamourmum tank (bra & top in one) is stocked by Bras n things in Chadstone & Fountain Gate

if you are able to purchase online - id recommend Nursing Wear (http://www.nursingwear.com.au) - they have the most brilliant breast feeding tops. I will admit the prices can be a little freakish - but its well worth it - im 26 weeks and already a 16F and i havent even begun breastfeeding. Ive just bought the Glamourmom Tank and the Olivia cross-over tank
