Cheesecake Jelly Slice recipe needed asap!

Hey guys

I have 2 questions...

I need a recipe for a cheesecake jelly slice. You know the slice with the red jelly on top?

I need it urgently!

Also, if I made it on say Friday night, would it still be ok on Sunday arvo, I would I need to make it saturday night?

This is my MIL recipe and it is yummmm.

Jelly Slice
1st layer
1 pack marie biscuits
185g melted butter
-crush biscuits and rub in butter and layer bottom of tin

2nd layer
can condensed milk
juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp gelatine dissolved in 3/4 cup boiling water.
-Mix, pour over biscuit layer,refrigerate until set

3rd layer
1 pkt jelly crystals with water, when cool pour onto other layers, refrigerate until set.

If you made it friday night, as long as you stored it in an air tight container it "should" last until sunday.
