Coleslaw

Could someone please give me a yummy coleslaw recipe? Thanks!:chef:

i always make it like this

shredded cabbage (green & purple)
grated carrot
chopped spring onions
then add mayo or coleslaw dressing

For the coleslaw:
Half a cabbage, shredded
3 or 4 carrots, grated
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and grated

For the dressing
About half a jar of Heinz mayonnaise
about 20mls of balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

My coleslaw consists of:
1/2 shredded cabbage
2 grated carrots
1 tin corn kernels (drained)
1 tin pinapple (drained and sliced finely)
Kraft Coleslaw dressing

And it always tastes better on the second day when the flavours have had time to mix.
