Hi all, I had my baby 7 weeks ago and have noticed a disgusting vaginal discharge. Does anyone know what this could be?

I had something similar when I had thrush, so I took a once only pessary and it cleared it up.
I would check with your doctor though.

Does it have an offensive odour?
If so, see your DR asap!
It may very well be an infection. And speaking from experience (having had a serious infection and been hospitalised days after birth) you need it treated asap!
