Yummy Gnocchi Recipe...

Does anyone know a nice recipe for a sauce to use with Gnocchi?

I am gonna buy the packet ones but I wanna make a nice sauce rather than buy one off the shelf?

Any ideas???

My MIL did a beautiful dish the other night.

It was just normal beef mince cooked in a spag sauce and she added mushrooms and onion.

She then poured the meat mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

She boiled up her gnocci, put it in a layer across the top of the meat mixture, then covered it in swiss cheese and baked it.

It was really really nice and different to have the pasta on top of the meat instead of the other way around!
