gk's inserts

just got my GK's today :smiliedance: when i had a look at them trying to put the insert inside it seems really big IYKWIM? once they get washed do they shrink?

They certainly do !
Remember being hemp they need 3 good hot washes to get them going but they aren't totally up to scratch until after approx 10 washes !

they arrived- finally LOL

with the inserts, don´t worry- mine fit perfect- but seemed big in the beginning, too.....
