nappy cover sizing and flats

After experiementing with my prefolds and terry flats, I've found that whilst my prefolds fit beautifully in my medium bummis cover, the terry's don't.

Is there any covers that are multi sizeable? I fear that using different covers depending on the nappy may not be Dad-Friendly.

The modern baby ones (nuture nappies) have velcro fatenings so they would be fairly adjustable.

How are you folding the terries?
I have a large bummis cover that I use over flats and I find it to be huge...DD is between 10kg-11kg.
