Ok this might only apply to me cos I'm a lazy uni student who is used to sleeping in very late.. but has anyone else's body clock gone into a strict "Wake up at 8am EVERY DAY" mode?? It's driving me crazy. I like getting to sleep at a normal hour without my usual insomnia, but the automatic waking up at 8am every day is getting annoying - especially on weekends :p

I know where you are coming from - only my automatic wake-up is at 2am!! It's awful - i toss & turn for the next few hours trying to get back to sleep, but only get half asleep before i wake again. Not fun at all!!

Mine is 6am, but then at about 2pm I need a nap! And I am basically falling asleep standing up!

Nope no clock other then hearing every single noise - not good when you have a baby monitor on your No1 child and a hubby who snores!!!! Gee I remember the days before H when I wore ear plugs every night - oh for those days again!!

i have the same times as you. get up at 6- sometimes 7 depending on the kids, and then have a nap at two when they have their nap.

there are times (usually thursday - friday) at work when i feel like crawling under the desk and napping for 1/2 hour!!
