I looked at them when I was starting out, but for a fitted nappy, I ended up going with bamboo for greater absorbancy. I do like cotton (Ariene has exzema so it's all she wears on the rest of her, I'm a big fan of cotton clothing) but I find that as a nappy, she soaks through cotton too fast.
If you're looking at getting more fitted nappies (ie ones that need a cover) have you looked at the Baby Beehinds or Tot's Bots' Bamboozle?
