OK if I want a girl but last time I predict a girl and got another boy (who I love dearly) so If I predict boy maybe I will get a girl :o . Oh someone tell this silly rambling pregnant women that the decision has already been made, and your choice wont matter :banghead: ohhhhhhhhh can I be purple too :p I need more sleep lol

I just got a letter from the IVF Clinic today and they say my EDD 15th July.
So i might hold off until my first scan in a fortnight until i change the dates on the calendar!!

It will be interesting to see if we all "pop" in this order!!:detective:

I have a history of pre-eclampsia so chances are I won't make July 30. Having said that though, last time I had no signs of pre-eclampsia so maybe I might end up seeing August :eek: :confused:

My EDD is the 9th July 07

We were relieved to find out it wasn't another multiple (as I have a history of multiples).

We have a four yr old boy and 4 month old twins Ethan & Shaiyan and bubbles makes number 4.

just removing myself- i unfortunately had a miscarriage on the weekend.
this was precipitated by some fierce abdominal cramps. anyway been to doctors and so on. all looks like it will sort itself out.

not that upset as it was only a tiny 5 weeks, we'll go again in january

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone else has had several different EDDs from various medical people?

My last period was on the 12th Oct 06 and we're supposedley meant to add 40 weeks to this which makes my EDD 19th July but when i went to have my down syndrome scan at what i thought was 11 weeks and 5 days, the sonographer said i was 12 weeks and 4 days....GPs also given me a different date. I'm confused! Who do we ask for the most accurate EDD?

Hoping someone can help!

I would go by your scan date I think as it would be pretty accurate still at 12weeks.
I am going by LMP at the moment but it could change when I have my scan.
It's all just an estimate anyway bubs might not come on any of your dates lol!!

I agree with Lil xman. With my previous 2, both the lmpd and scan date over a week apart, the scan date was the more accurate one.
