School!!!

I can't believe it.....my little man has his first orientation morning at big school today. He is very excited and so am I but I can't help but feel "where is my little boy going".

Did anybody else have mixed feelings about their kids starting school?? I'm really excited but sad at the same time.

My DD is off to school and im dreading it shes my baby and i wont be having any more children...even though shes a :devil6: at times and i always say ooh i cant wait till she starts school...but when that day comes and shes in her uniform..:crying:

i'll need a big box of cleenex...im filling up now lol:o

when dd1 started school last year (now in grade2 ) she was so excited, we all were, i was the one who was crying. very proud parent moment, and very emotional for dh and i also

Yep you aren't alone it is a very emotional time but exciting too IYKWIM.

My dd is starting prep next year and we recently bought some uniforms and when she tried them on I misted up:o She is only going to be 4 starting school so I think I will need the kleenex that day:crying:
