Preventing further "accidents"

My dog is almost 2 and for the first time since she was a pup she wee'd on the kitchen floor. I'm not sure if this was because it was cold and windy last night and she didn't want to go out or something else.
I have cleaned the area with spray & wipe and gone over it with a steam mop.
Is there anything else I can use to make sure she doesn't do it again in this spot?

If it was just a one-off then maybe she just didn't want to go outside. If it keeps happening she might have a little urinary tract infection.
