Time saving tips

Hi all

Just thought i would ask all you ladies if you had any special time saving tips for big families (eg. organisation, etc) that we could all share.

You never know, there might be some real sanity savers that we hadn't thought of :p

It's not a new one and I'm sure many of you already do it ... but for those of you who don't.

Each time you get back from an outing with kiddies - unpack and REPACK the bag (including hat and change of clothes). That way you can bolt out of the house at a moment's notice with only food and water or bottles to worry about.

I've got two toddlers - this one is a HUGE timesaver for us.

good one, debs, i always make sure the nappy bag is fully stocked with change of clothes each etc, another one is getting the little ones dressed when i change their wet nappies first thing in the morning~no double handling! (or even do it if they wake up at like 3am or something with a wet bum, seriously, its basically morning anyway...
