hey, I had PE with my first preg, PIH with my second and PE again with my third and each of my pregnancys got worse but the outcome got better... they all improved by a month... 1st preg delivered 31 weeks, 2nd at 35 weeks and 3rd almost 39 weeks!

Everyone is so different though and I think your best best bet would be to have pre-pregnancy counselling and discuss all this with someone qualified!
