Hi Ladies, How many weeks where you when you "drop" with your twins? I just have over night at 31 weeks and 2 days. Is this a good or bad thing? Is this the right time? With all my other pregnancy I did not "drop" until about 37 weeks. Any input would be great. Thanks heaps, Angela.
I think with twins you normally drop earlier as usually they are born earlier

Hey there, I kinda have dropped but then again, I kinda haven't!! It seems to depend on the day. One thing I have noticed though, is that I tend to streeeetttttccccchhhhh outwards!! See my avatar LOL
Wow, at 31 weeks there's still a chance your babies will have good survival rates if born now.
Hope it's not too uncomfortable for you.

Impressive, Kyle :D
Mine looked rather like yours - all to the front. Dh used to tell me that he couldn't tell I was preg from behind even at the end, bless him ;)
I didn't really drop either, although B1 engaged at about 34 weeks which did make a little bit more space for B2 to practice her kicking, something she is still practising 2 years later...

 WOW That's one Big Beautiful Belly you have there!
I LOVE your new avatar too!
I have noticed the stretching outwards too! How far around are you now? If I may ask. I am about 13 1/2 square of toilet paper (120cm) :p
So hopefully we will keep on growing and make it to about 37-38 weeks :fingerscrossed:

Thanks for that!! Yesterday I was out shopping and one lady stopped me to ask, when WERE you due??? Or is there two in there?? LOL... So these comments have started
I'm now 34 weeks, and measuring 115cm around. I have always been a bit of a smallish build so it's definitely all out front.
Duchessa, my DH is saying the same thing, that you can't tell I'm pg from behind. Bless him :hugs:
Kylie, nice belly. Hmmmm I wonder how many cms I am. Will measure when I get the chance.

My two keep changing all the time. Head up down and so on :banghead: We want both or one head down, thanks. I was just like it's a bit to soon to be "dropping down". As I don't want them to come early. My two have also had a bit of room to grow into, if you know that I mean. So I don't really look that big for twins, just over due

Hello "multiple mummies". I'm new to this and have just found this section. I have 4 beautiful babes, with my youngest two being identical twin girls who turned 1 last week.
Congrats to all of you who are due to have your bubba's in the next few weeks. You are in for a ride but it is so special and you will love it. You will be a "celebrity parent" wherever you go... if you aren't already!
I think my girls "dropped" around 34 weeks and I went into labour a week later... but each case I'm sure would be totally different.
Good luck... you will see your ankles again soon...:)

Mmmm I have not seen them for a very long time  But my DH does paint my toe nails for me. It must be true love
I went to the doctor yesterday and he said everything is fine, they are both head down :smiliedance: So fingers crossed for a v-birth. And weight in at girl 3lb 10oz and boy 4lb 120z. So we just need to keep on growing. Thanks for all your in put.
