Me too! For christmas next year !!
I have wanted one for nearly 7 years, hurrah for no more BF!
I last had a quote at about$5k... let me know how you go!
my aunty had hers done recenlty but dindt get any medicare rebate, she paid 7.5K
i know my sister paid around 5 - $6000 for her implants.
so it may be a bit cheaper (depending on where you go and who does it)
as you would take out the cost of the the implants.
other than that im not too sure.

Breast reductions cost more I think.
Cost - the average cost of the operation is $10,300 depending on your medical cover. This cost includes the surgeon, hospital fees and the anaesthetist. For a private health cover however, the cost of a breast reduction can be as little as $5,000.
That's according to ninemsn. I'm guessing you can find cheaper doctors, though.

When i mentioned this to my GP the other week (I said I would consider getting a tummy tuck and a boob reduction) she said I would be looking at $10k alone for the tummy tuck and atleast $5k for the reduction - this all being my out of pocket expenses as most health funds do not cover alot of the cost if it is for cosmetic reasons....
:fingerscrossed: I win lotto soon!
my friend had her done yestday for about $4k

I have absolutely no idea, but I do know that if your reduction is needed due to health problems (as in, causing problems with your back/shoulders etc) then you can get a medicare rebate. Of course, you need to get someone to confirm that it's a medical necessity, rather than a simple desire to have smaller breasts.
Perhaps you could talk to your GP about it, and he may be able to set you on the right path (and perhaps even give you what you need to get hte rebate).

I had 2 liposuctions done when i was 13 (I was HUGE!!!!!!!!!) and I believe mum had to jump through so many hoops to get mine covered as a medical procedure and not purely cosmetic.

ihad a reduction done 10 years ago. my boobs were abnormal and huge and covered by medicare as is was seen as necessary surgery
Wouldn't it be great if we could both wave a magic wand (or scalpel!) and I get some of yours - I'm a AA cup and would love to be able to afford implants!
I bet there's a lot of women wishing they'd win lotto so they can go under the knife. That's one of my wishes.
