Is is safe to drink Berocca while breastfeeding?

I usually have them daily - Its just b vitamins & c isnt it really so be the same as having a multi vitamin? I usually have the perfomance ones with calcium etc

The vitamins and minerals in Berocca are excreted into breast milk, but harmful effects on the child are unlikely when used at the recommended dose of one tablet per day. I have one everyday too. I'm pretty sure our bodies excrete out the Vitamin B anyway, that its not something we can store so we can't overdose, the level doesn't build up.

I couldn't live/manage without my berroca!!
