hi jennas mum im Jess and also have a DD sierrah she is nearly 14 months also in desprate need of some little playmates she is very active and gets really bored with just me.

Sorry, haven't been on here for ages! Congrats Kelly on the birth of your little girl Dakota. Thought I'd let you all know that Playgroup at Burleigh Uniting Church Hall is on Mon, Tues and Thurs mornings from 9.30-11.30. Of course it will be finishing up soon over christmas but maybe keep it in mind for next year. I went last Mon with my little 5mth old bubby girl and we both enjoyed it. The other mums were really nice. Your first 2 visits are free and then it costs $28 for the year or $3 per visit. You just bring a piece of fruit to be cut up and shared at morning tea.

Thanks for the info on playgroup bubbalucy. I have called them and found out about a few around here. At the moment, J usually has a morning nap around 9am so it wouldn't leave me enough time to get the bus there (I'm at broadbeach) There is another one at Miami High, it has finished for the year, but starts up again in new year. Need to call them again closer to start time. Jessieb - maybe we can organise something around that. I will email you in the meantime.

Hey young Mummies

I also am a young Mum (to be) from the Coast - we live in Sanctuary Cove and are expecting a beautiful bub in early July. I would still love to catch up with some of you prior to the birth - id like to hear about your experiences ....
