:eek: We are lucky enough to live in a state that has daylight saving (yea!!!!!) how do we go about the whols sleep thing. Kayden will be almost 12mths when it starts, normally wakes at 7 - 7.30am & retires for the night 7.30 - 8pm. My question is, do i let nature take its course or do i wake him an hour early (though the clock will be saying 7am) to get him into a pattern. If i let nature take its course he won't be having brekky till about 9am & his swimming lesson starts at 9.10 - what to do???? I know, i sound very confused, but just want to do the best for him. When we have woken him early due to some event, he's coped brilliantly. Any advice would be really appreciated.
