OTEN - your experiences

Hello everyone!

I am very close to enrolling in a cert 3 in Children's services through OTEN. What I was wondering is if anyone has experience with OTEN can post here and let me know of what you think of studying through them and how you found the courses.

Just wanted some feedback before I make my final decision! All appreciated.

Hi there,
I did Cert 2 in Business admin through OTEN and they were great.
Though Childrens Services may be different as you have to do on the job traning etc.
You can do it External through Tafe as well. Which is like OTEN, but with Tafe they help you out a little more.

Oten isnt too bad, I tried to get into a cert III in Childcare - didnt get in apparantly is very competitive. It really depends on the division, Ive only had to deal with the accounting section, which was good - depending on what tutor you talked to.
