My DD and DS were born 3 yrs and 3 days apart (not good planning I know) and my question is...Do I have to have a birthday party for both of them every year?? My DD turns 4 in Dec and everyone at her daycare is having parties at the mo and she is asking if she can have a party too for her b'day. She had one last year and DS will have one because it's his 1st birthday but do I have to do 2 each year?

What do I do??

What would you do??

Is it exessive to give them one each year? Also it will get very expensive too.

Can anyone recommend a party place or any ideas for a party? We live in North/West Sydney.

HELP!!!

Hmmm tricky... you did plan this well!! ;)

Well I wouldn't have a seperate party every year- just big ones I guess, but maybe you could have a few seperate things at the party for each of them?? :detective:
My ex bf was born on the SAME DAY as his brother 2 years apart, but they always had dinner/ lunch for each one seperately.
So older bro had lunch and birthday gifts and songs only for him- then younger bro had dinner- same deal...

Ummm otherwise I don't know.... Sorry I haven't been a great deal of help there... :o

This is a tricky one. I'd say because you only have two birthday's to celebrate per year...still celebrate them seperate...especially because they are a different gender and will have their own desire for boy or girl themes. Have them a week apart...it will require saving...so you have enough to cover them both...it'll become the birthday week (they can be lots of fun)

Looking at their ages...you've still got some time before you will be celebrating big parties for the youngest...so you could get away with the youngest until at least 2 or 3 years

Thanks heaps for the ideas. I hadn't thought of some of those things.
