A bit of background incase it is linked:
Im a healthy 28yr old non smoker or drinker who does regular excersise. I have been TTC #1 for 8 months now, I have PCOS and do not have cycles, I dont seem to O on my own. Clomid has helped me O the last 2 cycles but has failed this cycle, my Estrogen and Progesterone are both 'baseline', basically at zero levels.

I noticed this morning that if I squeeze my breasts i get a slight discharge that looks like watered down milk, perhaps a bit more of a creamy colour. It comes from the nipple and isnt much, it is coming from both breasts although my right leeks more. This is only when I squeeze them (quite hard actually!) and isnt leeking at all any other time.

I have not found any unusual lumps, nor do I have pain.

Is this something I should be worried about or is it normal?

:o

it sounds like a bit of breastmilk or colostrum that you are expressing. i wouldn't be too worried but you can mention it to your dr.

I would get it checked out soon just in case. I the meantime, don't worry, which I know is easier said than done... you'd kick yourself if you left it and it happened to be an indicator of something worse. But, then if you find out it is nothing, you'll have the peace of mind that it's all OK.

Hey chicky - EXACTLY the same thing happend to me in about the 2nd or 3rd month of TTC, and yep its still happening.
Same as yours, really watered down milk looking.
I went to the GP who did blood tests as he thought there might have been too much prolactin, but those levels were fine.
I also had an u/s and that was also perfect.

He did say that its quite common for women to have a breast discharge of some sort, i had never heard of anyone having it and was tottally grossed out by it all.
So long as its clear, white, yellow, or green (yes green) its ok - so long as it isnt black or bloody!

Have a chat to your GP if you still feel you need reassurance. :)
