:( one of the kids i nanny for has bad dribble rash and i was wondering what to do about it? I applied vaseline..hoping that this would prevent it from becoming any worse.

Any ideas?

Have a look at what they are eating. DS1 is the bigglest dribbler, and was getting a terrible rash around his face, we were talking to a doctor who suggested looking at his diet and when does it come out more...in the end it was oranges or orange juice...so we cut it out and he hasn't had the rash since

Your welcome - I didn't think of it either until a chat to the doctor, thought it would go away once he finished teething!!

Other food to look out for is tomatoes and chocolate...and I am sure there is another one I was told, but I can't remember at the moment.

Hope it clears up soon. Poor little thing:hugs:

paw paw ointment is good, my DS only got the rash every now and again, mostly cause of the dummy,
