Hi Guys
Can a child health nurse sign a conscientious objector form or does it have to be a gp. I dont have a regular gp as my main health care provider for bubs and myself is my chiropractor. We do see the child health nurses and they have been pretty respectful of my non vaccinating so just wondering if they are able to do it.
thanks

The form says recognised immunisation provider (Ive got a blank one here for DD). Is there a reason you need to get it done right away? I just keep one on had and ask the GP when we go, though DD hasn't had to go to the doc yet. You wont need them for family assistance until the financial year they turn 18mths.

think they have now changed to financial year they turn 1 and then again when 4 or 5 i think and you need it to claim family tax a. such a pain as probably wouldn't have bothered if just for immunization bonus and just don't go to gp unless really sick which is basically never.

DD turned 1 just this past financial year 11-12, when it kicked in, they told me I need to do it next financial year 12-13. I got her supplement so I guess it's 18mths.
And it's 4yrs, because DS1 was 4 the financial year just gone.

went to a gp close to home yesterday for an unrelated matter and asked if she would sign the form and she did so without a blink of the eye.
Can I but in and ask a question please?
My children are 11, 9, 6 and 4 and all are select/non vaxxed.
Do I need a CO form for any of them before the end of this finacial year?
I haven't filled out a CO form for any of them, will I miss out on the
supplements next year?
TIA

I know they have recently made changes to this as of July 1 this year. I did receive a letter but think I might have tossed it but from memory I thought they now needed CO forms for the financial year children turn 1 and it was either 4 or 5. Maybe check out centrelinks website.
